I submitted all six applications =D Kinda worried as I did not apply for TOEFL waiver, and I did not take TOEFL / IELTS. Uhhhh give me a few more days to think about it, I might sign up for IELTS la. Otherwise haha close one eye la. Let's hope those English people will work things out for me. Ahah.

Now the most important thing:
I'm PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY prepared for the start of my gap year!
New year resolution: I wanna live as though there are 25 hours in a day!

To be more specific, I shall appreciate and use my time wisely. I want to do meaningful things that every night before I sleep I can think back and feel proud of myself. And if I were to write down the things I have done in a day in this stupid blog of mine, I would feel proud doing so.

I dunno what to think of it. Aaaahhhh.

I miss Sunway!!! I needa go back there soooooon. I miss the library. I need to read booooks.

Streamyx's been a pain in the a** today. Luckily it did not cause any major problems.

I missss my college friends! I want a gathering asap. =D Wish results day can come sooner so we can all meet up! But oh wait, nonono. i would rather not have that day coming sooner.

Been checking out London lately. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE google maps with Street View. Damn cool man. You can actually see what the streets are like. I love my hotel already.

Oh speaking of my hotel. I wanna thank this guy so so so much for being so kind-hearted and helpful and wonderfully nice =D Any girl who has him as her boyfriend is totally blessed. haha shall write more about him when I see him in London. He's the first person to whom I say "See you in London!" wah. and seriously one you know!!!! =D geez. Isn't life good?

Yay. So I'm gonna do some more cool things tomorrow, which I shall not say more about them here. Wish I will have a fruitful start to my gap year!

The feeling of having-nothing-to-do-but-to-study-or-finish-my-essays-or-practise-my-piano-but-doing-any-of-these-things-make-me-feel-like-i'm-insulting-my-holidays is irritating.

Science & Engineering

If you are one of those (e.g. ME) who are still not very sure whether you prefer engineering or science, I found this very enlightening article on this page.

It gives you an idea of the differences between what a scientist does and what an engineer does, regardless of how small the difference actually is.

I am now pretty sure of what I want already. I don’t mind doing a little engineering once in a while, I love making models and applying theories in my inventions, but definitely, not spending a whole life on it.

What happened today

Dear bloggie,

Today I helped Ms. Nesa with getting the new A-Levels T-shirts. I pushed a trolley from the 3rd Floor to Ground Floor using the lift. In the lift, I banged the trolley against the walls with such sheer force for three times straight that I was surprised when the lift did not start free-falling.

Life is full of surprises.
